Kamoer X2SR PRO Water Change Pump
The X2SR PRO is the larger version of the popular Kamoer X2S automatic water change unit. This App controlled, Wi-Fi water change pump is designed to automate regular water changes on your aquarium as well as replenish water lost through evaporation with the inbuilt ATO function.
The pump uses two high quality stepper motors with precision pump heads for accurate removal and replenishment of water during a water change. Each pump head is fitted with Pharmed BPT tubing for a long service live.
Kamoer Remote App
The X2SR PRO uses the Kamoer Remote app for simple flexible control. In the app you can fully set the pump to your desired water change schedule, rate, and volume by using the quick add function or by individually adding programs to suit your aquarium.. The app will also allow you to calibrate the pump heads, monitor the status of the water change reservoirs and alert you if there are any problems detected. When connected to the internet through a router any firmware updates for the unit can also be downloaded and the settings accessed from anywhere where you have an internet connection to your smart device.
Water Change Options
Choose from two water change modes.
Synchronized – where both water change pump heads will run together. This will allow the same amount of clean water to be added as aquarium water is removed keeping the water level stable and constant. Ideal for long water changes or situations where the drop in water level will cause issues with the operating of the aquarium.
In and Out – Will function as a normal water change where the set amount of water is first removed from the aquarium and then clean water is then added to refill to the original water level.
Schedule Options
In the app you have the option of setting the programmed water changes to occur on certain days of the week or every set number of days, so for example you can choose to have water changes on a Monday and Thursday each week or you can choose to have them every 14 days. For each 24 hour period where a water change has been set you also have the option of up to 24 individual programs, this will allow you to spread smaller water changes throughout the day if wanted. Manual water changes can also be set in the app, or by pressing the buttons on top of the unit to operate the individual heads.
